Last week when my friend Nerissa B needed a website put up in order to meet a milestone, I cooked one up for her in a matter of hours. That got me to thinking, how is it that I’ll create a website for someone else within hours yet take so long to make one for myself?
I think I started with a vision for my own that was too grand to do it all at once. What I learned from working on Nerissa’s site is that sometimes I just have to keep it simple. Not that this was a brand new lesson for me, it’s just that I wasn’t applying it for my own site.
